Can I start this thing by complaining about how old my laptop is and how things just won’t update anymore? Including my browser which means I’m writing this on my phone.

Hi!

I have a few updates to share with you, I’ve been offering more Work that Reconnects workshops and in fact, I’m offering the Thawing as a workshop in November which is something I’m really excited about!

But what I really want to tell you about today is my very exciting project with Katja from Tales of the Bodyverse! I’m assisting Katja on the very first in-person (C)osmosis happening in Aswan, Egypt in January 2026.

You can check Katja’s telegram channel for a 5 minute voice note on how it happened and why this doesn’t feel like cultural appropriation. Cosmosis is its very own field and it’s transformational and I’m not just saying this.

As someone with a lot of energy facilitation training and a lot of training in general, I don’t take the word “transformational” lightly.

this is just to say that you need to check it out. Even if you feel this might not be for you, the document has been written so so beautifully with so much care and love woven into it.

I love to talk about collapse, imagination and liberation, poeticizing the mundane + contemplating belonging/othering under modernity. I'm a Work that Reconnects facilitator, Offers + Needs Markets facilitator + an energy facilitator. I'm currently working on a collection of essays on post-colonial mothering.
